i found the staff always attentive. I found that arranging transport through the concierge was SIMPLE. The gardens provided a calm escape. The on-site restaurants offered options, i liked the variety.
some of the outdoor furniture looks a little dated, i noticed it on the patio near the pool.

The staff were attentive. The grounds were wonderfully maintained. The room service was prompt and the food arrived hot and delicious.

The pools include dedicated areas for families and adults. There are also plenty of comfortable loungers with umbrellas available. The gym offers a comprehensive range of equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights.

The Garden View Terrace Suite King Bed includes a separate living area and a spacious private terrace with seating. There are two large bathrooms, one includes a deep soaking tub and the other features a walk-in rainfall shower.

Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes, with options for both local and international tastes. The Inara restaurant offers Moroccan cuisine, and I found the tagine and couscous dishes to be AMAZING!!!

outdated furniturefood influence
the outdated furniture was noticeable, definitely not up to par for the price. the staff are kind, but the food wasn't anything special, it lacked moroccan influence. as a frequent four seasons guest, i was surprised i didn't receive any upgrades or late checkout. i felt lied to about the hotel being fully booked, even though there were rooms available on the app. it was A disappointment.

decent stay, some concerns
slow servicebasic oversight
The service was quite SLOW at times, especially around the pool. i had to wait a long time to get someone for drinks. housekeeping was also inconsistent. Sometimes they forgot to replace face towels. it was like a BASIC oversight for a hotel charging these prices.
